Cutting Tools Selection

V- Cut

A specialized tool used for corrugated and composite materials, enabling V-cutting with variable blade angles (0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) for different results.

CCT

It is used for crease cutting on corrugated and similar materials. It can cut perfectly with different types of wheels. With the control provided by the cutting software, this tool delivers a high-quality result.

UCT

The UCT cuts materials up to 5 mm thick with speed. The UCT is the most economical tool. It features three slots for different blades.

ΡΖ

Depending on the materials and applications, the rotation speed can reach up to 60,000 rpm. This allows you to cut hard and foam materials up to 20 mm thick. Equipped with a cleaning device that minimizes residues, while the air-cooling system extends the lifespan of the spindle and blades.

POT

Powered by compressed air, the 8 mm stroke is suitable for cutting foam and other materials, with a blade capable of cutting up to 60 mm thick.

KCT

It is mainly used for cutting vinyl (signs, stickers). By adjusting the blade position, it can cut material at a precise depth — for example, cutting the top layer accurately without damaging the bottom — and with speed.

EOT

The high-frequency oscillation of the DC motor cuts primarily medium-density materials. With a variety of blades, it can process materials with a minimum radius of 2 mm.

DRT

The brushless DC motor enables the blade to cut at high speed. The tool can accommodate both round and pointed blades. It is ideal for cutting woven materials, as it reduces friction and cleanly cuts through every fiber or thread.

EOT 4

The EOT4 is used for processing sandwich materials or honeycomb boards, corrugated/thick cardboard, and durable leather. It has a 2.5 mm stroke and can cut thick and dense materials at high speed. It is equipped with an air-cooling system to extend the blade’s lifespan.

PRT

Compared to the DRT, the PRT with its increased power is suitable for a wider range of materials. It can easily cut demanding materials such as fiberglass and aramid fibers like Kevlar and Twaron. It features an air-cooling system to reduce motor temperature
